This dish takes about 2 min to prepare, and 30 min to cook.

Makes a serving for 2 people.

Ingredients:

1 large Portabello mushroom

1 crushed garlic clove

1 tablespoon Olive oil

2 teaspoons honey

You will need:

Pyrex cooking dish

Steps:

Clean and slice mushroom into 3/8” slices

Place on pyrex dish

Spread olive oil over mushrooms

Spread crushed garlic over mushrooms

Drip honey over mushrooms

Cook in oven at 350 degrees for 30 min
