You gotta have a Taco Salad night while you're in the OBX! Feeds a whole bunch, it's cheap and so good ... 
You'll need: 1 lb Ground Beef 1 Taco Seasoning Pouch 1 Shredded Cheddar Cheese 1 large tomato 1 large onion 1 bunch of green onions 1 bag of doritos 1 head of lettuce Prep couldn't be easier. Brown the ground beef and drain. Add in the taco seasoning/water mix. Once most of the water is goine place in bowls and allow people to garnish to their taste. Personally, I am heavy handed on the onions and the I like to crumble the Doritos on top. Enjoy!
